At SD Dance and Fitness Hub, we strive to offer flexible and fair policies to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations

  1. Class Cancellations by Participants:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full class fee.
  2. Class Cancellations by SD Dance and Fitness Hub:
    • In the event that we need to cancel a class, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
    • Participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another class.

Refunds

  1. Class Fees:
    • Refunds for class fees will be issued if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Refund requests for packages or memberships will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee.
  2. Special Events and Workshops:
    • Cancellations for special events and workshops must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows for special events and workshops.

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.
  • Please provide your name, class details, and reason for the cancellation.
